Delete your WorkDii account

This page explains how to delete your WorkDii account. WorkDii is operated by KS DIGITAL VENTURES PTY LTD.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open WorkDii and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm. Your access ends immediately, for every organisation you belong to.

Your contact details are then erased 30 days after your request. If you are the only administrator of an organisation, you will be asked to appoint another administrator first.

If you no longer have the app

1. Email support@syncbits.me from the email address on your WorkDii account.
2. Use the subject WorkDii account deletion.
3. We may reply to confirm the request is from you. Your access then ends, and your contact details are erased 30 days after your request.

What is deleted

30 days after your request, we erase:

• Your email address and phone number.
• Your profile photo.
• Your password and sign-in details.
• Your push notification identifier.
• Your email and phone verification status.

Your access to WorkDii ends immediately when you make the request.

What is kept, and why

Your name stays with your employer's records, because those records refer to you by name. Work records that your employer must keep by law are retained. These include timesheets with their clock-in and clock-out times, the location recorded at clock-in and clock-out and the clock-in radius result, any clock-out comments, rosters, and leave requests including their remarks. They are retained for the period your employer is legally required to keep them. Your employer also keeps the payroll and tax details it holds about you, such as your tax file number and bank account, for the legally required period. Your employer controls those records.
